Didn't you hear Alex Salmond's latest wheeze? El Presidente has decreed that 'Scotland' will be sold in its entirety as an art installation to the highest bidder. My suspicion is that it will be moved to somewhere in Saudi Arabia. At least they could stop moaning about the weather then...
