A lovely collection Alistair and its magic power has made the sun shine a little bit! It's also a fortuitous birthday present so put the flags out!! Now,Hilly Fields (The Mourning) - Nick Nicely - is really interesting. The original - and indeed Psychotropia- has long ensured a niche in the collection but this revisit comes as a terrific surprise. Where d'ya find 'em?. This is something of a wonder - menacingly dreamlike..
Apparently Nick Nicely had an album out on cassette (Lysergia) but it's sold out although a track called 'Wrottersley Road' which I 'found' may have been on it .
And a great cover - one of yours? Love it!
